Certosa di Padula
The Certosa di Padula, or di San Lorenzo, it is a certosa in Padula, in the Vallo di Diano, in the Province of Salerno. It is the first certosa that has been built in Campania, befor the one of San Martino in Napoli and that of San Giacomo in Capri. Three cloisters, a garden, a courtyard and a church, it is one of the most majestic Baroque monuments in the South of Italy and the biggest certosa in Italy and among the biggest ones in Europe. It was declared UNESCO site in 1998 with Velia, Paestum, the Vallo di Diano and the National Park of Circeo.

This Valley is a natural reserve, thanks to its flora and fauna features: here you will have a pleasant walk.

Grotte di Castelcevita
These underground caverns, at about 94 meters of heigh, between the sides of the river Calore and the South-Western side of the Mounts Alburni, is featured by a striking scenery of galleries, wide spaces and bottlenecks that were dug by the Carsic erosion. The Castelcivita grottos are divided into three paths, so one can choose between a tourist path or a less tourist path that leads to the wide lagoon known as "lago Sifone (Sifone lake)", from which then starts the third path that is only reserved to the speleologists, and that leads to the "Lago Terminale (Terminale Lake)".

We were guests of the hotel last July for a week , it is the second year in a row that we come back . Great amenities courtesy is disponibiltà staff are really excellent . The beach is about 600 meters from the Resort can be reached after a small train that makes back and forth all the time...
